經典承傳之五 可能係世界上最好嘅hermitage producerWEDNESDAY,MAY 10, 2017 12:02 AM Jean-Louis Chave owns 14 hectares of vines in Hermitage. 10 hectares are planted to Syrah and are used to produce 2, Hermitage Rouge wines, JL Chave Hermitage and Chave Cuvee Cathelin. The vines are old, with an average age of 50 years, give or take a few years. The remaining 4 hectare of vines are planted to 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne . 經典承傳之四 - Chateau Leoville Las Cases 1982
聖祖利安的無冕之王 在波爾多有一頭沈默的獅子，厚積薄發，君臨著整個Saint-Julien區。「我是一隻獅子，只要人不犯我，我不會先咬人！」這一句警言出自於 Château Léoville-Las Cases . Leo 在法語意指獅子，估此莊中文譯名為雄獅。Las Cases 原是歷史久遠的名莊Chateau Leoville 的一部分。Chateau Leoville 曾是波爾多最大的酒莊，在十七，十八世紀其品質與聲望，一直與當時的四大酒莊（Lafite，Latour，Margaux，Haut-Brion）分庭抗禮。時至今日很多酒評人都認為Chateau Leoville 仍在的話，今天的五大酒莊就要易位了。但命運多舛，Chateau Leoville 最終也逃不過法國大革命被充公的結局，最後被一分為三。今天的Las Cases 雖然 閱讀(1447)

傳承下來 ，才有今日的成就。目前酒廠依然由 Bouard de Laforest Family 管理. 一件有趣的事 - Chateau Angelus 的原名是 Chateau L`Angelus。現任莊主 Hubert de Bouard de Laforest 之所以決定將酒莊更名為 Chateau Angelus 是因為避免在進入電腦時 L`Angelus 在價目表中將會被列在L行而不是原本最上方的A行, 所以在1990年之後已經全部使用 Angelus.
