Due to the quick turnovers of certain items, The Wisdom of Wine Company Limited reserves the right at anytime to amend the number of certain products that you have purchased. If that is the case, we will contact you directly and provide you with different options available at that time. We will try our best to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, The Wisdom of Wine Company Limited reserves the final decision to refuse any order.

The Wisdom of Wine Company Limited reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, or any policy of the Site, at any time without prior notice. Delivery Terms:

• Your order will be arranged on Tuesday to Saturday under normal circumstances, most delivery will be arranged in 3-4 working days once the order is confirmed.
• The Wisdom of Wine Company Limited will use different transportation company based on your shipping address.
• The Customer can choose her/his own time slot for delivery, 09:00-12:00, 12:00-18:00
• The Company could deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories
• The Company will notify the Customer in the event that the logistic agent could not reach her/his address. Extra charges would be discussed on a case by case basis.
• Please repeatedly confirmed shipping address and all contact information is correct, such as the goods are lost in the post, The Wisdom of Wine Company Limited without any responsibility.
• To maintain data accurately and for record purposes, if any changes / questions, please e-mail inquiries.
